Sailing Registration and Information Packet Pick-up at the Pelican Marina Tiki Hut and Deck
6:30-8:30 p.m. –Registration and Reception Party for Participants, Race Committees, and Sponsors. Free beverages and finger food
August 6, 2011
7:30-8:30 a.m. – Late registration for sailors on Grouper’s Deck -Please use the public parking lot across from Mariner’s Wharf in downtown Elizabeth City or park in the parking lot of Waterfront Park. Do not park in the parking lot of Mariner’s Wharf. If you do, you will be asked to move your car. – Continental breakfast by Montero’s will be provided in Waterfront Park 8:30 a.m. – Skippers’ meeting for adult small boat skippers (Grouper’s Deck) – Skipper’s meeting for youth small boat skippers (Jenkins’ Property) – There will not be a skipper’s meeting for big boats. See info in registration packet 9-10:00 a.m. – Skippers and race committees prepare for the races to begin 10:00 a.m. – Start of first race 4:00 p.m. – Racing ends 4:00-5:00 p.m. – Down time 5:00-6:00 p.m. – Happy Hour on Grouper’s Deck 6:00-7:00 p.m. – Dinner accompanied by music by Peter Boehling 7:00-7:45 p.m. – Regatta awards ceremony 7:45-9:00 p.m. – Music by Peter Boehling |
